Life Coaching Diploma
Since 1999 we have trained over 14,000 coaches. The ICF pathway is our internationally recognised route to qualification.
The Life Coaching Diploma ICF pathway is a comprehensive, professionally accredited qualification for coaches who want globally recognised credentials — whether you are targeting corporate clients, international markets, or simply want the most widely known credential in professional coaching.
The International Coaching Federation is the largest coaching body in the world and sets the global benchmark for coaching standards. ICF credentials are recognised by HR departments, corporate procurement teams, and coaching buyers internationally, making this pathway the strongest choice for coaches with ambitions beyond the UK market.
Our belief is simple: the best coaches combine a genuine desire to help people with a commercial understanding of how to build a sustainable practice. We call it a coaching heart and a commercial mind — and everything in this diploma is built around developing both.
Training is delivered entirely live online, in structured modules alongside your peers. You will not just study coaching theory — you will practise coaching fellow students with professional support throughout, so that by the time you graduate, you have genuine experience to draw on.
ICF accreditation is widely regarded as the global benchmark in professional coaching — particularly for coaches working with organisations, corporate clients, and international markets.
Choosing an ICF accredited pathway means your training is aligned to the International Coaching Federation’s core competencies — the same framework used worldwide to assess professional coaches.
This pathway is ideal if you want to work with corporate clients, partner with organisations, or build a coaching practice that operates internationally. Many HR departments and procurement teams specifically look for ICF-trained coaches.
Everything in the core diploma, plus ICF-specific elements designed to meet the International Coaching Federation’s Level 1 accreditation standards.
The ICF pathway is the right choice if you want to position yourself as a professional coach at the highest level — working with corporate clients, organisations, or international markets. It is particularly valuable if you want a credential that is widely recognised, allows you to charge premium coaching fees, and aligns with global coaching standards.
For many aspiring life coaches, however, ICF accreditation is not essential at the start. If your focus is private clients, flexibility, and the most accessible route into coaching, you may find the Association for Coaching pathway is the better fit.
Not sure if the ICF pathway is right for you? Speak to a course advisor — or compare both pathways.
