Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At The Coaching Academy, we are dedicated to the positive change coaching can make in the world and are committed to ensuring this is accessible to everyone. Our aim is to ensure our workforce and training is truly representative of all sections of society and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. As a team, we are focused on having an authentic and inclusive coaching heart at the centre of everything we do.

At The Coaching Academy, we know we are only as strong as our team and the strengths of those who make up our team, so for us, focusing on our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is fundamental to who we are. We are an anti-racist academy, and we encourage a culture that is unconditionally inclusive and this is reflected in our staff, students, graduates and the clients we work with.

Our vision is to;

• Lead the coaching industry to build a more diverse, inclusive and equitable coaching culture.
• Support our students, graduates, and clients to create more opportunities where coaching is able to build an environment where people feel respected, heard, included and confident to show up as their true selves and reach their full potential in life.
