Wellbeing Niche Coach Training One-Day Workshop
For people to succeed and reach their full potential, we know it’s essential to have good mental health and well-being; the coaching training in emotional well-being offers tools that can be used to support clients in getting the most out of life.
In this unique, fun, and inspiring workshop, we will look at the importance of our emotional well-being and develop easy techniques to support our clients to take charge of their well-being and develop strategies for good self-care.
Rachael will guide you through how paying attention to our emotional well-being when feeling stressed and overwhelmed will make a difference to our energy, motivation, and ability to live a life where we flourish.
This session will leave you feeling positive and energised with practical tools to keep you and your clients motivated long after the session.

Rachael is a coach, mentor and researcher on a mission to empower young lives by providing coaching skills and knowledge to young people, their parents and educators. As co-founder of Dragonfly: Impact Education, Rachael champions the belief that to thrive, mental and emotional health are just as important as physical health. Rachael has an MA in Character Education, fifteen years of classroom experience and, as a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, is entirely committed to education, passionately believing that wellbeing significantly impacts academic achievement and progress. Through PhD study, Rachael is currently exploring the theme of curiosity and its links to well-being.
