Empowering The Coaching Relationship: Great 3 part course delivered via Zoom in a clear, open, curiousity-inducing manner with lots of opportunities to discuss and practice with the other trainees in break out rooms. The chat was continuously monitored and a great place to engage with other coaches. I finished the course feeling really excited about the upcoming training modules and with a real desire to practice and learn. From feeling overwhelmed with the amount of work there is and a bit swamped by the amount of resources, I feel much better able to approach this new learning in a positive and empowered way. Wonderful teacher and great session, but pace is a little bit too fast for my learning style.

Sarah was a fantastic facilitator with a good variety of exercises and a good balance of input and practice.
This was my first online training session with TCA. The OW training delivered a lot of information during the course of the day, it was a lot to take in and I will be revisiting the very useful module book and the resource videos again (I'd already prepared using these resources before the event). The trainer was excellent, very engaging and motivating. I found the overuse of 'chat' distracting and perhaps it could have been open at specific times only, during the training. Signposting to resources and authors was also very useful. Overall an excellent training day.
