Based on the comprehensive work of Dr William Moulton Marston at Harvard University, and building on the subsequent work by Walter Clark, The DISC Behaviour Model has been in use since the 1920s, empowering relationships and providing a deeper understanding of ourselves. The theory and understanding of the DISC model of behaviour offers an explanation of differing personality types and delves into the key drivers, motivators and even fears that shape each individual.

As an effective personality assessment tool, DISC, helps you to better understand people by revealing the four basic behaviour preferences that drive behaviour. An understanding of this and how to use it in our professional and personal lives can offer an increased awareness of other people, and yourself leading to enhanced relationships in all areas of life.

The DISC model of behaviour and the accompanying psychometric profiling system is a powerful tool that can be applied to all parts of our lives.
