If you have completed the DISC Certification/Diploma in Life Coaching Accelerator training, this is your chance to unlock the secrets within the DISC graphs.

It's a training packed with even more DISC information:

• Re-visit the basics of DISC and the behavioural model
• Gain further understanding of the 4 basic DISC styles
• Understand how the 4 DISC styles act and interact.

We will:

• Explore and translate the 3 graphs
• Understand the graphs and be able to give client feedback without reading the full report text
• Recognise and understand any differences between the 3 graphs and explore the possible reasons for this
• Understanding the special patterns that often occur within the graphs, knowing what this means and how to approach this with a client
• Practice report 'feedback' in a workshop environment
• Employ your coaching skills using DISC
• In the end, there will be a test to ensure you have absorbed the information on the training and have a proper understanding of DISC.

Following this training, you will have the ability to give clients a complete DISC reading from the graphs alone. It’s an amazing skill to have and builds upon your DISC Certificate knowledge to take you to the next level.

Upon successful completion of the training, you will also be authorised to display the DISC Accreditation Badge on your website and marketing materials.

Understanding what makes some people 'tick’ can be a mystery for so many leaders, managers, and team members so acquiring this ability can be the difference between success and failure. In business it is often said that your 'front line’ (people) has a massive impact on your 'bottom line’ (results), this means that understanding how to manage, motivate and maximise the performance of your people is vital.

The DISC personality profiling system is a fabulous tool that has helped countless numbers of individuals to unlock the people puzzle by identifying an individual’s traits. Knowing what motivates people, what their preferred environment might be, how they might approach tasks or challenges, how they prefer to process information, the pace at which they prefer to work at and much more.

A DISC online report will provide some amazing insights in text format and certainly do most of the work for you. Understanding the information contained within the DISC graphs gives profiling a whole new dimension and identifies the subtle differences, which would otherwise be lost. The DISC graph helps clients visualise their personality style, they can see the intensity of each style and can make a conscious effort to focus on the development of certain styles if they wish or need to do so.

Acquiring the ability to read DISC graphs will take your knowledge and feedback to another level and will be the difference that makes the difference in unlocking the people puzzle.
