Mental health and coaching are intrinsically linked - everyone we coach has mental health. As such, coaches have the privileged position of gaining an insight into the mental health continuum of a coachee as we are invited into their past, present, and future. This sounds simple in theory, but in practice, getting it right can feel like a world of testing decisions and blurry lines. The truth is that there is no ‘one-size fits all’ when it comes to staying mentally healthy and therefore coaching can play a huge part in well-being as it supports people to find what works.


In this coaching conversation, you will learn tools to:


- Build your own mental fitness and awareness of your mental health and wellbeing

- Safeguard yourself and your clients

- Use coaching to benefit mental health and mental fitness


In this session, Rachael Bushby will share her journey to becoming a mental fitness coach and offer a range of insights and tools relating to how coaching can work to benefit mental health in a safe and ethical way.
