• Articulate the value you bring to your clients.
• Define the niche market you will serve.
• Visualise your ideal client, their needs and where to find them.
• Create defined services which match the skills, strengths, experience, and values you bring to the needs of your ideal clients within your niche.

This session is suitable for qualified and nearly qualified coaches (nearly qualified coaches need to have attended the Practicalities of Getting Going As A Coach Accelerator session before attending this masterclass) who are ready to explore how they will use their coaching skills in business as well as more experienced coaches looking to pivot and redefine their business to a new business model or to serve a new niche market.
