Neuroscience, the scientific study of the nervous system, is an area of science that is uncovering important findings year on year. Given how our brains and nervous system directly affect thoughts, feelings and behaviour, coaches benefit from a good understanding of some key elements of neuroscience to improve their effectiveness.
This session will provide coaches with an overview of what neuroscience is and will share some useful insights and tools. Learn how knowledge and understanding of the relevant elements of neuroscience, when combined with a coaching approach, can have a positive impact on motivation, goal setting and action planning.
This session is part of our Continual Professional Development (CPD) for Coaches Programme. This training is aimed towards those wishing to advance their coaching knowledge and therefore you will need to have previously engaged in foundational coach training.
