Live training Accelerator Day

The Practicalities of Corporate and Executive Coaching training day will walk you through the demand and the benefits of executive coaching. Your trainer will clearly guide you to an understanding of the role of the executive coach and provide you with some important strategies to employ when getting started.

Different organisational cultures present different types of challenges for the coach as well as those working within them. Gathering information on the client/organisation in advance of the first coaching session is both essential and wise. Being able to negotiate a robust and beneficial contract is just one possible spin-off benefit from the client research process.

Client confidentiality is an important consideration when potentially dealing with multiple stakeholders within the same organisation. It can be vital to swiftly establish criteria for measuring progress with your client. You will need to be able to demonstrate successful progress against the goals set, and in a training day that is full of practical information, your trainer will suggest the best ways of measuring that progress.

You would have first been introduced to the GROW model during the introductory foundation weekend. It is an incredibly valuable tool for coaches to use, creating a framework for the whole coaching process. Here you will consider how to use GROW in the corporate environment.

There is no requirement to take this Accelerator Day before any of the others - indeed they can be enjoyed in any order. It is consistently rated one of our strongest training days in feedback so we hope you enjoy it!
