Young people, aged between 8 and 11, regularly use the word 'stress', new research suggests. A survey of 1,000 children in England found that 9 in 10 of the respondents use the word stress often. Furthermore, 90% of children felt that their parents are 'not there' because they are distracted by their phone.

I enjoy burying my head in a good book; itís where my imagination runs wild in all the colours and shades of the spectrum (books without pictures spark the imagination). Itís where I am comforted by a great story regardless of how I feel knowing the book wonít judge me, it will wait for me to turn the page, it will remain where I place it without uttering a sigh and will be right there when I pick it up again.
