As someone who is committed to making a positive and lasting difference myself, the topic of making a change and leaving your mark is one close to my heart. Being a change maker isn't limited to a special handful of people; we can all go out and make a difference in our own special way. Life is a dynamic dialogue between me and the external world and I have had this animated relationship with 'Change' ever since I entered adulthood. While certain big changes in my earlier life, like moving to live independently in a big city to start my banking career with Citibank. More recently in 2009, I experienced certain unexpected changes which were negative on the outset, however in retrospect triggered the best out of me!

States affect our capabilities. There are no unresourceful people, just unresourceful states. How well you perform depends on which state you are in. Whatever task you have to perform, whatever you want as an outcome, ask yourself “what state do I want to be in to make this easy?”
