Remember you were born into the world with no sense of what you could or couldn't do. Somewhere along the line, bit by bit, life started to teach you to limit yourself so that your negative thoughts became your beliefs. In the same way you learnt to do this, you can un-learn.
Believing in yourself is an endless journey. Believing you have failed is the end of that journey.
