In developing our six day NLP Practitioner Qualification we have brought together a wide range of NLP tools that can be applied to a coaching environment to really enhance the outcome for both coach and client. NLP and Coaching
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) provides coaches with a methodology for understanding how their clients think, feel, speak and behave. Complex patterns of thought and action are going on in our minds and bodies all the time. Sometimes we act in ways that seem surprising to others, and disconnected to the words we have said or the feelings we have shown. NLP can unlock the reality of what is going on in a client’s mind, enabling the coach to get to the root of the situation and offer effective coaching solutions.
Having NLP tools to hand is therefore potentially a huge advantage for coaches, and can set them apart in terms of their practice with actual clients, and in terms of how potential future clients see the service being offered.
This course is designed to equip you to coach using NLP techniques as a solid base for action. NLP is all about effective communication – and for a coach there can be few more important skills to master.
