Ultimately - over the course of 2 days, we will teach you the basics of all coaching.
You will learn some coaching fundamentals, practice the coaching skills, be coached by your peers, see a coaching demonstration and leave with a series of tools and techniques that will make a significant difference to your own life. By 5pm on the 2nd day you will know what coaching is and what it isn't, whether coaching skills may play a role in your future and be in a position to make an informed decision as to what the next step might be for you with coaching in mind.
