1. FREE Coaching Course
Our two-day introduction to coaching is a course that has now been attended by more than 19,000 students from over 50 countries worldwide. It is the essential first step to qualifying with us. The qualification process for each coaching course is typically made up of three parts. Remember at every stage you will be supported by your new friends and fellow students, the coaches themselves and your course mentor – a senior member of The Coaching Academy’s staff.
- Complete a Professional Development Journal. This is made up of one learning record sheet for each element of the course. Tell us what you did, and what you learnt.
- Complete three practical assessments. During the course of the Diploma your practical coaching skills are assessed three times. Demonstrate your new skills and coaching techniques in real life situations.
2. 1 - Complete a Professional Development Journal. This is made up of one learning record sheet for each element of the course – practical coaching, audio-visual material and live training accelerator days. Tell us what you did, and what you learnt.
- Complete a final paper demonstrating your through understanding of the principles, models and techniques introduced during the course. The exact form of this element varies between Diplomas.
All three steps are completed from the comfort of your own home – there is no terrifying final exam! |

3. Advanced Coaching Diploma
Once your training has begun you will want to think about the next step for continuing your personal development. Our new Advanced Diploma introduces a new and exciting set of models, tools and techniques to enhance your coaching practice, and explores the application of your coaching skills within a number of niche areas. |
