Among the trainers you will meet are:

The Coaching Academy Trainer
“I was on the very first Coaching Academy programme and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, meeting like-minded individuals who wanted to make a difference to people’s lives through coaching.
“I was always a coach without realising it! I worked as a Corporate Human Resources Manager in a financial services organisation and often people came to ask my advice. Rather than giving advice I used to ask them questions. I worked from the principle that if I gave them advice and it went wrong they would be back to see me! Anyway it seems like what I was doing was coaching without my even knowing it!” |

The Coaching Academy Trainer
“In my professional capacity, I run my own successful corporate coaching business and I specialise in interpersonal communication. Values and beliefs is an important part of my coaching approach, where I help people to play to their strengths.
“I became a coaching tutor because it was a goal I set myself when I was training with The Coaching Academy. I just knew I wanted to train and encourage others to develop themselves in whatever coaching capacity they desire.” |

The Coaching Academy Trainer
“I became a coaching tutor because on my first day as a student with The Coaching Academy I was overwhelmed by the energy and passion for coaching and personal development present in both trainers and delegates. I knew right then that I wanted to be part of it.
“I can’t remember a time in my working life when coaching wasn’t some part of what I did. My corporate career was with a large retail bank and as a graduate I was fortunate to be introduced to coaching skills. The best thing about coaching is watching people grow and feeling that, in some small way, I helped to facilitate it.” |

The Coaching Academy Trainer
“Before I became involved in coaching, I was working in business development roles – the “rat race”. There was little satisfaction or fulfillment in many of the roles I was working in, so coaching helped me to overcome that hurdle. I was earning an average salary, with an average company car. Now I run my own successful coaching business which is incredibly rewarding.
“The best thing about coaching is helping other people to improve their performance.” |

The Coaching Academy Trainer
“Although I’ve spent many years in business, I’m primarily a people person and I have a real passion for helping individuals succeed,” says Alison Richardson, who has recently joined The Coaching Academy as a trainer on The Diploma in Small Business Coaching.
“I truly believe that the key differentiator for success is the performance and motivation of individuals, and I’m excited about working with them to ensure they maximise potential.” |
